From the start of the pandemic, Clenzoil took heed and reinvented the “norm” sales process and took it upon themselves (internal staff) to sell and service both their valued current and new customers. It’s no secret that firearm dealers have been extraordinarily busy with no time to answer emails or take phone calls, thus visiting each and every store and stocking/restocking shelves on-the-spot has leveraged Clenzoil to become the premiere CLP brand in Florida and the local region.
“We weren’t going to sit idly by and watch our customers go underserviced. Nor were we going to miss the opportunity to supply new customers with products they desperately needed,” said Chris Hoffman, President of Clenzoil. “Our in-house manufacturing facility has made it easy to stay a step ahead of the competition by being able to adapt on the fly to keep up with increased demand quickly, rather than relying on the operations and inventory restrictions of third-party suppliers.
